Damien joined CERS (formerly CFEPS) in 2007 as a Pension Consultant and manages a portfolio of corporate clients. Damien previously worked with Mercer Dublin for 2 years as a senior pensions administrator and prior to that worked with Friends First for 10 years where he filled a number of administration roles gaining experience across all aspects of the pensions business.
John Geraghty, QFA SIA PTP
Business Development Consultant – CPAS
John joined CERS (formally CFEPS) in 2005 and held various roles within the company before being appointed to the role of Pension Consultant in 2010. John has over 20 years’ experience in the pensions industry and is a qualified Specialist Investment Advisor (SIA) and Pension Trustee Practitioner (PTP). In his role as Business Development Consultant in CPAS, John looks after new business.
Martin Bradley, QFA
Pension Administration Manager – CWPS
Martin joined CPAS in 2018 as Pension Scheme Administration Manager of the Construction Workers Pension Scheme and is responsible for the day to day management of the Scheme. He has held senior roles within Willis Towers Watson, UCD, Invesco and Mercer.
Martin is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA).
Frances McNally, BSc. Hons Mgmt, QFA, RPA
Frances joined CERS (formerly CFEPS) in 1995 and has held various roles in the organisation, including Pension Administrator, Pension Consultant and Administration Manager, before being appointed as Manager of CERS in 2013.
Frances has responsibility for the day to day management of CERS, including People Management, Service Provision and regularly reporting to the Independent Trustee Company.
Natalie joined Construction Workers Pension Scheme (a division of CPAS) in 2008 and held a variety of roles within the company before joining the Business Development team in CPAS in 2016. Working alongside the Business Development Manager, Natalie deals with queries on the different Pension Schemes we offer liaising with both existing and new clients. Good communication is vital to ensure members understand their pension scheme benefits and to expand on the written communication, Natalie arranges and attends presentations with our members at various construction sites all over Ireland.
Darragh Hogan joined Milestone Advisory in 2022 from Frank Glennon Ltd, where, as Senior Employee Benefits Consultant, he worked with clients to achieve their financial goals. With a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, Darragh has previously worked as Senior Portfolio Manager with Paul Ryan Pension & Financial Consultants and a New Business Administrator with New Ireland Assurance.
Darragh has accumulated a wide range of knowledge across the financial services industry, with extensive expertise in the pensions sector. As the Financial Services Consultant within Milestone Advisory, Darragh will continue to build upon the expert financial advice and personal service our clients have come to expect.
Kevin Walsh, FIIPM, QFA
Head of Operations
Kevin has overall responsibility for the operational aspects of CPAS. Before joining CPAS in 2008, Kevin held a number of positions in Friends First and Irish Life and has over 26 years’ experience in the corporate pensions industry. Kevin is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Pensions Managers (FIIPM).
Anne Keogh, BA. Hons, FCCA, FIIPM
Head of Trustee Secretariat
Anne has overall responsibility for managing the Trustee Secretariat aspects of CPAS. Before joining CPAS, Anne held a number of positions in Aer Lingus, including Pensions Manager for 7 years. Anne is an Associate of the Irish Institute of Pensions Managers (AIIPM)
Gabriel P MacGrath, FCCA
Head of Finance and Accounting
Gabriel is responsible for running the group finance function, which includes CPAS. Gabriel has extensive commercial experience holding senior roles in various sectors, working overseas in EU, USA and China. Gabriel is company secretary to a number of group entities and director of Milestone Advisory, with reporting responsibilities to the CPAS Board. Gabriel is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Denis Cadogan, B.Sc. (Hons)
Head of Information Technology
Denis joined CPAS in 2016 to manage IT within the group of companies in CIF. Denis manages the IT across CIF and CPAS (CWPS, CERS & Milestone Advisory). Starting out in Intel, Denis has worked in the Private Sector, Public Sector and Not for Profit Sector during his 24 year carrier in IT. He is a graduate of Trinity Collage Dublin and holds an honours degree in Management of Information Systems. Denis is a member of the Irish Computer Society (ICS).
