CPAS is entering an exciting phase of growth and seeking an experienced Pension Consultant to join our dynamic team. With a strong focus on business development in the construction sector, this role provides the opportunity to influence and drive our success.

Based from our offices in South Co Dublin, the role covers a client base across Ireland.

The Responsibilities

New Business Development:

  • Achieve individual new business targets for Pensions within the construction sector.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns for existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry and professional pension network.

Client and Scheme Management:

  • Oversee scheme design, restructuring exercises, and implementation of benefit structures.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and staff presentations tailored to client needs.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales support and marketing teams to maximize business development opportunities.
  • Provide market insights to aid the development of innovative products and services.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory, legal, and internal standards.

The Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or sales-focused position.
  • Or 5+ years of experience in a senior pension administration role.
  • Demonstrated success in portfolio or client management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory environments (e.g., IORP II and Auto Enrolment).
  • Hold IIPM qualification or equivalent (QFA &RPA).
  • Valid driving license required
